| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Safety recall notice an other matters. *bf the consumer owns 2 britax marathon child safety seat which have been recalled for the adjuster straps. the manufacturer was contacted on three separate occasions since august to obtain the new adjuster straps. finally, after two months the manufacturer sent only one strap. the consumer had to call again to request the second strap. in addition the buckle on the child seat does not click to ensure its fastened. there have been times when the latch has come out of the buckle. *nm |
