| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Tire failure: during tire rotation, we found a deep gouge on the inside tire wall, curbside rear. gouging was caused by the shock bolt having not been removed after installation. cut off all shock bolts, mounted spare tire and returned gouged tire to rhone's for replacement under warranty.( dot number: tire size: 15 ) |
