| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Upon arriving in san antonio, tx from md, we had a 3" gap between the trailer body and floor. we contacted hrc. they refered us to holiday world in houston, tx for investigation and repairs as may needed. at that time the cause was not known so any warraty coverage was in guestion. after our 10 day commentment in san antonio, we proceeded to houston slowly. hoilday worlds finding was astomishing. the factroy had never bolted the frame to the trailer body! hrc did agree to pay for the necessary labor and material costs to bolt the trailer together, but would not reinburse us for our 3 weeks of living expenses while we waited for this work to be completed. |
