| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: When consumer turns vehicle's rear defoster on whole rear window can shatter/implode, or explode. because of this window switch inoperative. consumer has replaced window three times already. contacted dealer, and dealer cannot find anything wrong. *ak the manufacturer reimbursed the consumer twice for cost of window repair. the vehicle was out of warranty during the third incidnet and consumer's insurance handled the cost of the repair minus the deductible. the consumer was concerned that the problem not be stopped. *yh |
