Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: The front seat tracks have plastic inserts in them. they have broken out of the tracks and have been found on the floor of the vehicle several times. i started finding these black plastic inserts when the car was in its second year of ownership. i bought the car used. i contacted chrysler and they said that they had not had any reports of this type, and would not participate in any repairs. the seats have become unstable on the tracks due to the fact that the inserts took up slack between the upper and lower half of the seat tracks. the seats will actually rock on their tracks. i question the safety of these seats without the inserts in them!
