Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: In 1994 we took our 1991 camaro to brack rowe chevrolet for a recall on the gas tank filler neck. there was no problem then, the recall # was 92c36. in 1995 we noticed a faint gas odor in the car after filling up. the problem has gotten much worse, now gas leaks from the tank onto the exhaust pipe. chevrolet says they have no open recalls on my vehicle and that it has too many miles on it for them to fix. this is a serious safety issue in that gas is leaking onto the exhaust pipe. the bill i got for the recall says "completed recall - inspected - no further work required." does this mean that chevrolet is not liable for their faulty work because they inspected my car one time?
