| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: This vehicle has been seen by 3 different dealerships for paint delamination. all have recongnized it is "defective primer". when first taken in to frank parra chevrolet the car was at that time one month out of warranty. gm customer service was contacted both in troy, mi and by 800#. a good will policy was mentioned to me, but denied because it was out of warranty. this paint is chipping off the roof,hood,back lid & sides. more chips away from rain and washing. this car has always been garage kept. |
