| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Vehicle rolled away while in the park position and emergency brake on at 24,640 miles. tt consumer states vehicle was in park and emergency brakes was on, vehicle was in consumer's driveway which has a slight grade on it and about five yards long, it rolled down out of the driveway across a small alley and went over the neighbors hill side and stopped, the only thing that stopped the vehicle was the transmission cross member which was twisted.*jb |
