| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: First brought attention to toyota dealership in october 1996, i hadn't owned the vehicle a year yet. the complaint was vibration in the front end of vehicle. i have been to three toyota dealerships and no one can find the problem with the front end. there is vibrations while driving down the street, hwy, etc. when i take it into the mechanic and they lift up the vehicle and then put it back down, it fixes the problem. then a week or a month later the vibration comes back. if you hit a bump in the road it comes back or sometimes fixes it self until the next bump. this vehicle has not ever been recked or four wheel driving. no one knows what the problem is but no one is helping me to alevate the problem. i am now to the point where i have mentioned this to a lawery and i am writing letters to the toyota complaint deparment and to the general attorney. i have been getting information on the lemon law and feel i do have a lemon. i would like to know if there has been any other 4 runners reported with this same problem. thank you. |
