| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Van is very hard to control. it whips from side to side even on smooth roads. when on rough road the front end shakes violently and sound like the front end is falling out. van has been taken to atzenhoffer chevrolet in victoria, tx several times. outcome is always the same. "that is the way it is and there is nothing we can do about it." thankfully we have had no accidents as a result of these problems. we desperately want these problems fixed before something bad does happen. chevrolet doesnt seem to know how to fix it, maybe you can help solve the problem. *ak |
