| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The brakes failed completely while driving to work when the vehicle was less than 6 months old. i recently read a comsumer reports article dated nov. 1997 that exactly describes the brake failure that resulted in an accident with significant damage to both vehicles. the failure occured suddenly woth no warning, however the next day the brakes check out fine. i suspect the problem is associated with the abs system computer. |
