| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Auto has exhibited a consistent problem being a grinding noise accompanied by difficulty in steering. this problem manifests itself particularly in cold weather. dealer has replaced: right strut assembly, right tie rod end, right stabilizer link, right upper strut mount - replaced the steering rack on two occasions and the steering pump on three occasions. despite these efforts, the problem persists. i have been advised by a dealer mechanic that the car is unsafe to drive yet i cannot get chrysler corp. to remedy the problem. |
