Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Spoke w/ chrysler and the dealership directly about leak in dashboard. since my vehicle was out of warranty, neither would do anything about problem w/o having their mechanic inspect the vehicle at a cost of $75/hr. payable by owner (me). i pointed out all they needed to do was look at the passenger side floorboard to see the puddle of water left after it rained the night before. after my experience w/ chrysler regarding the cracked gasket on my fuel tank, which i just found out was a recall issue, i figured there was nothing i could do and have endured the inconvenience ever since. i have met another person w/ a newer model wrangler w/ same problem of leakage via dashboard. i hope there are others out there w/ same problem in the hopes that chrysler will recognize the situation and fix it. *ak |
