| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer bought vehicle used from bob turners ford & country (505-224-1282) july 1997. august 9,7 consumer noticed that there is a bow in the windshield, the top passenger's side is not sealed, there is a leakage there. consumer took vehicle to a chevrolet dealer and was told that they would not replace because the sealant is not what they use and they do not beleive that it's the original windshield. also the vehicle began to vibrate whenever driving 55mph or more. local body shop took wheel off and found that the rim was extremely too loos the rim of the front driver's side is what causes the vibration, problem has not been remedied. *ak |
