| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dealership was contacted after 2nd window failure. they had received "no service advisements about this problem." obviously fomoco used some defective parts. we have no small children to "play" with the windows. defective parts is the only reason i can imagine for 3 out of 4 windows to fail! the failure is not in the motors. it is in the mechanism. *ak |
