| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: In cold temperatures the windshield wiper arms bind up not allowing the wipers to contact the windshiels. the cold contracts the metal where the wiper arm pivots causing it to bind. the wiper arm return spring can not overcome this bind. driver can not clear windshield to safely drive when cold, even when de-iced and using winter blades. *ak |
