Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Rear cradle bolts were replaced during national recall. while servicing the vehicle, it came to my attention that the front right cradle bolt had completely rusted away and the front cradle was held in place by gravity. i paid $169 to have both cradle bolts repaired and don't quite understand why the problem wasn't just confronted when they called for the replacement of the rear cradle bolts - same materials / same set-up, just front vs. rear. i kept the rusted cradle bolt assembly which is still in my possession. *ak |
