| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I have replaced the egr valve 3 times on this vehicle. i am having trouble with the vehicle running rough. i was told i have alot of carbon buildup around the egr ports and this is breaking/flaking off. the dealer said they would have to take the cylinder heads and intake manifold gasket and submerge in a hot tank of acid to clean the carbon off these parts. the repair quote was $1600.00 and there was no quarantee how long this would take care of the problems i am having with this vehicle. |
