| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Long before the trouble with bridgestone/firestone, i called the company to report my tires riding and sounding bad. they were shipped from the factory as being out of round and the firestone on austin peay in memphis tn refuse to help and i was told to take my truck there. i offer to pay the different in cost because i did not report it sooner. please help me in getting new tires. this is the sole vehicle for my family. i am a believer of bridgestone/firestone and i for one will not give up on them. they are correcting the error in tire making and replacing all tires and i think that is great. please contact me: cleophus b lane, 4019 s lakewood dr, memphis tn 38128. i had my tires checked out sunday and they are effected and the threads will be coming off soon. there is a line of cracks all the way around the tire and if the threads are coming off. thanks. *ak( dot number: tire size: p245170r16 ) |
