| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Gray water tank support broke and the right side of the tank fell to the ground. this happened while the rv was in the driveway. if the support had broken while the vehicle was moving a major accident would have resulted. the support for the tank is a poor design and is a safety hazard. i wrote a letter to nhtsa region x on august 21, 1998. i have talked with fleetwood about my concerns, but they do not seem to be interested. fleetwood can be reached at 800-322-8216. the same design is used on the waste water tank. |
