| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Major brake failure, in snow, on hill, brake pedal went to the floor after a loud rumble from the rear of the truck. had master cylinder replaced, and 10 days later the exact samething happened, dealer installed another master cylinder. test drove, blew that cylinder, then replaced the abs modulator along with another master cylinder, and sent us on our way. it is now two weeks later and brake failure is being noticed again, truck is sitting currently at dealership. also, the steering went very loose around september 1998, had that checked and repaired, at this time the steering is again getting loose. *ak |
