| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The driver's seat on my extended cab truck fell to the back seat while pulling out of my driveway, i did lose control and a coal truck coming up the road, almost got me . the gmc dealer has denied any knowledge of this ever happening before . however, they just happend to have new bolts that were different than the ones i took out, they are longer than the orignal ones, when i replaced them, the counter man said he was not allowed to give me the program letter, but he did give me one page that listed the toqure specs and instalation instructions. if you find anything out, please let me know or if you need any info just call. thanks. *ak |
