Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: Message cluster (mc): check dcl warning light activated intermittently. the lc'92 handbook indicated the vehicle was driveable and warning light did not need immediate repair. shortly thereafter, the gas average consumption/dte group intermittently went out. at 74300, the engine temperature indicator split. a mechanic checked out the engine cooling system. at 74700, the oil pressure gage intermittently went out, but the system check failed to confirm this. the oil dip stick showed full, and there was no leakage around the oil filter. the natural conclusion is that the mc is degenerating and giving false information. however, this could lead to major problems if something really did go wrong. *ak
