| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Continous engine rap and and noises coming from under the hood. this has been an on-going problem since first oil change. now after promises in writting from gmc, gmc says that i have to pay to have it fixed. even though the problem was documented numerous times during the course of the warranty and never fixed correctly. i feel that after this incident gmc does not stand behind not only their product but their word. gmc's final word is that even though this was never corrected during warranty they have got me past the warranty and now i have to pay for the repairs. *ak |
