Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: My car's battery has failed on 6/30/94, 8/28/95, 9/12/96, 9/12/97 and 9/15/98. the service advisor at plymouth says that it is cheaper to replace the battery each year than diagnose the electrical problem, causing the battery failure. each incident has required a tow. in addition, the paint is peeling off this vehicle and is cracking on the hood of the car. thank you. *ak
