| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: I had to have my car towed from my dormatory in providence, ri, to ma., to the saturn dealer, where they over charged me for an alternator and battery. a month later, my brother who goes to school in va, had to get an alternator and battery for his 94 saturn, and they charged him 200$ less. my father hounded saturn corporation and said there is nothing wrong with the alternators, so today i had to go to the saturn dealer to pick up a part, and 3 people infront of me had the same problem, everyone i am speaking to is having the same problem. |
