| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Adjustable arm shield that comes down over the head of the child. because it is adjustable the pin snaps, and the shield is no longer any good. evenflo was contacted, and stated that they will replace the css with the same model. consumer has had this same problem with three other css. the shield is the only thing that keeps the child in the seat, rather than the shoulder harness, from which the child can get out. *ak |
