| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The vehicle anti lock braking system failed prior to recall notice 99v-193 resulting in an aciident in which the vehicle was unable to stop and broadsided another vehicle, consumer was 6 months pregnant and due to seatbelt contriction she was sent to emergency labor and delivery for premature contractions (did not code as injury) nlm. consumer states when she took vehicle in for inspectio of the brakes again the invoice stated that a vacuum switch, harness, and transfer case were installed. *jb |
