Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Consumer states he hit a pot hole which caused the right front tire to loose air, consumer purchased a new tire and he then questioned the mechanic about how much tire pressure was used, consumer was advised that the tire pressure was 28 psi, at a later date consumer was experiencing a vibration in the steering wheel, vehicle was taken to service department and vehicle was inspected and consumer was told that both front tires have cord separation and they needed to be replaced, consumer purchased four new tires and now the vibration is gone, consumer believes that the dealership is delivering new vehicles with tire pressure less than the factory recommendation which contributed to the fialure of the tires on his vehicle (continental).*jb |
