Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Dt: consumer got a recall letter in march 2004 on the abs module system . had recall problem fixed on july 29, 2004. now, when brakes applied, the car will not stop at required distance and continues on a few feet more while driving forward or backward. drove on a cold day ,and when he parked vehicle and turned it off, it made a noise like a fan blowing. took it to dealer, and they fixed the abs module system at owner's expense. the brakes are still not right. gave the dealer $200.00 to replace rear rotors, and all they did was put new pads on old rotors. *ak consumer states new pads with the old rotors made him run into a brick wall. *tt |
