Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: After seeing recall on internet i took auto to local dealer ferman chrysler, npr<fl with notice said they didn't know about it and had no parts tho showed him printout about the recall. never received letter from mfr. motor mount has been banging since around sept. and chugging had a tuneup to fix and ferman chgd me 153. to fix sparkplug fit and wrote on form that my motor mount was shaking without attempt to fix. svcman extremely rude said he didn't have time to check brakes & i was holding up the line (my appt. was at 9 am i was there on time) said he might take a look around noon if they could (i had to leave it overnite )if i have additional damage from this motor mount thing are they responsible?? i reported the svc rep to the mgr who was nice but still no fix!!!! ui t to i. *ak
