Was Vehicle Towed: - Description of the Complaints: I am not the vehicle owner. owner had unit up on hwh leveling system to run a wire from front to rear. no warning labels on vehicle indicated the hwh system can fail collapse as a rest of a minor nudge. i was under unit when all 4 jacks folded under. i received extensive crush injury to right shoulder. later found there is a small warning sticker on lift controls in the cab, but no warning exists on or near the wheel wells. also understand that there are 2 types of hwh leveling systems, big foot and kick downs. this incident could not happen with the big foot as they are hard mounted to the chassis and deployed straight down. the kick downs swing into position, but have no safety detent to prevent a fold over. medical bills to date are in excess of $15,000.00. note: holiday places a tire pressure warning on each wheel well, but no indication of the risk of leveler collapse. *ak
