| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Shortly after i purchased my new vehicle, i noticed the driver's side rear-view mirror was warped. i went to a local dealer and it was replaced as a warranty item, but the replacement was worse than the original. a new mirror was ordered, and it was warped just as badly as the one that was installed (the third was never installed). the dealer said toyota was contacted, and now refuses to take anymore action to replace the mirror, or tell me in writing what is being done to correct the situation. *ak |
