| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: For the past 6 months, my car engine races from 3000 to 5000 rpm making the car very difficult to control and stop. on several occasions, i have come close to getting into an accident because the car is difficult to stop or wants to lunge forward when i am stopped at a light. i have brought the car back to my dealer four time since december. when i bring it there - the car is acting normal so they claim the car is acting at factory spec. i brought it to the dealer on 4/14/2000 - i had it in park and the engine was running at 3000 rpm. the service manager refused to look at the car because he had no mechanics. i turned off the car, started it up again, and the car ran normally. i am afraid to drive this car anymore for fear that i will get into an accident and someone will get hurt. my dealership is not helping me. *ak |
