| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The front brakes on this truck failed to work evenly. a sever pull to the left, resulting in a near jack knife situation and collision with on coming traffic. i immediately took the truck into the dealer. they have been unsuccessful in repairing it and state that only 5% of the trucks in this model do that, therefore dodge will not recall and the warranty will not cover the repairs. dodges answer is to "live with it". this problem is significant and a definite safety hazard. i request a representative contact me immediately about this situation. *ak |
