| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Buckle "end bracket" emerged upward through slot during normal use and was held in place only by the adjuster strap. i didn't discover the problem till i went to unbuckle my child. harness release button/lever pivots on its screw mounting and may have contributed to the problem by allowing the adjuster strap to be misaligned. |
