| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Car & steering wheel vibrate & shake so hard it tends to put my hands & arms to sleep. honda does not consider this a safety issue. the car has been in the shop seven times to address this problem; they have only made the problem worse. now honda expects me to drive the car 45 more days while waiting for a "master mechanic" to find the time to work on the car. this is totally unacceptable, i do not feel safe or have confidence in this car. i have filed a bbb report and contacted a lawyer. it is also my understanding honda/rodeo made over 30 changes in the suspension system of the 2000 models. *ak |
