Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: While travelingon a freeway, we had the convertible top down and covered with the 'boot".after about 5 minutes the boot flew off.the boot is held in place by "velcro". in my opinion velcro is not strong enough to hold the boot and is unsafe. i have ask chrysler for test results for the boot and they stated none was available,i should contact your department. can you help? *ak |
