| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Unable to fill gas tank. pump automatic shut off stops about 3/4 of capacity. to complete filling tank requires continuously re-clicking pump 30-50 times, each time a small squirt of gas enters the tank. this continues until an additional 10-15 gallons has been pumped, sometime leading to gas running out on the ground since ignoring the automatic shut off (normally indicating a full tank). winnebago has researched this and indicates this is a ford problem. ford says they are looking into it (they have been saying this since my purchase in aug 1999). you may email me if you have any questions. |
