| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Cruise control would go out intermittently i took it to the karl model buick at 1125 e 32nd st in yuma and they diagnoisededit as the p.c. m they put in a remanafactured one at a cost of $315.32 it worked for 2 days and then it went out altogether so they put in another one and it would only fire on 4 cylinders so they put in amother one and the cruise worked for about 2 hours i took it back and to say the least i was a little irate. i asked them if they had checked the brake switch. they put in a new switch and it has worked fine since then. which leaves me to believe that there wasen't any thing wrong with the p. c. m to start with. but would like to know if you have heard of similar instances with the cruise control. thank you one at a cost of. *ak |
