| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Auto was not engaging in to drive .. remained in neutral -- service was done on the computer- a rebuilt computer was installed 01/08/1999 -- this did not solve the problem -- i was given a $353.21 credit towards this invoice of 01/08/1999 - then same problem existed and the service dept. of berglund chevrolret in roanoke - tore into the transmission and clutch assembly, plate and gaskets for another $447.30 and did not return the original computer parts and we are still haveing a problem with the automobile. please have someone contact by telephone as sson as possible, as we are still having a problem with the clutch assembly. |
