| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: My daughter (driving) and my niece, coming from high school in her 1995 honda civic entered a straight stretch of highway, when the car suddenly swerved the left. she over compensated and drove the car into a dirt ditch/embankment. the car then flipped over a driveway and landed onto its wheels back in the ditch. the drivers' rear tire and passenger's front tire were deflated by the impact of the car hitting the ground. the front spoiler and passenger's wheel well was knocked complely off the car due to the impact into the dirt embankment. the airbags in the drivers and passengers sides failed to deploy.my daugther substained cuts on her nose and the side of her face which required eighteen stitches to close.my niece got a bump on the back of her head .thank god they were both wearing seatbelts and didn't receive further injuries. |
