| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have called fleetwood and ford with this problem and no one wants to take responsibility. we have had this vehicle checked at two ford dealers and they said it was a design flaw allowing the water tank, the gas tank, and both holding tanks with the generator also behind the rear axle. all this weight is in the overhang behind the rear axle. we have had each wheel weighed individually, and there is a tremendous amount of weight on the rear end. could you please help us as we are retired, this motorhome cost alot of money and we can't use it, but we must make the payment every month. we have been told that other people have had the same problem, we hope you can help us. |
