| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: After the second tire rotation at 15,000 miles, the front tires began showing very abnormal wear patterns. i contacted the tire manufacturer and they notified me they are having a very high incidence of similar complaints from virtually all navigator 4x4 vehicles. the dealer is telling me it is the alignment and that i should rotate the tires every 5,000 miles - or about half the interval the manual calls for. i have checked the alignment and that was not the problem. i feel there is a defect with the front suspension of this vehicle. *ak( dot number: ) |
