| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Area of failure is in the "kingpin" structure. it will be repaired on july 21, 1999 by another dealer in indiana. the structure failed the "static" test as described by fleetwood and they have authorized repair. it is not certain whether the repair will totally correct the problem or is just another attempt to satisfy the condition until the warranty is terminated. this is a serious safety issue and design/test data from the manufacturer should be evaluated for compliance. |
