| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: We have taken the car in for a vehicle recall and dealer refused repairs due to vin # for vehicle. dealer maintaines that the seat is not defective on this particular car, but they will repair it for a fee. as a result from this defect, our daughter had an accident in the vehicle last night. thankfully, no one was injured, but it did mess up the right wheel of the vehicle. thank you for your help in this matter. |
