Was Vehicle Towed: -	Description of the Complaints: While driving the steering wheel can lockup. most of the time this problem occurs when tire gets wet even if it's just an inch of water on the ground. we have turned in the car to the local dealer at least a half dozen times and the problem continues to exist. i get really worried because it has happened in the middle of the road and trying to turn takes my entire energy to make turns. once it's turned it unlocks. also, the problem with the electronic message center.. the message "check ride control" also lights up when the ignition is turned on and whenever it wants to. this too have been brought to the attention of the local dealer and problem still exists.
