| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Power windows failed;plastic guide is not strong enough for the job.you cannot replace just the guides as buickhas them moulded to the regulater arm.you have to replace the whole thing even though there is nothing wrong with the regulater.it cost 245.00 for this.i had one repaired and the mechnic said it was a design flaw.the passenger window was the first to go .then the drivers side rear window broke and then the drivers window.you can count on two hands how many times the passenger window was opened and on one hand how many times the rear window was opened at 245.00 per window just for the part to install it is another 100.00so you are talking about 350 per window see if you have any complaints like this or mabe since they don't make the roadmaster any more they used defective parts. sincerly ; john meyer |
