| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: Windshield wiper motor works intermittently. reported to dealer , service manager said there was a recall for this problem but my vehicle was not included in the recall. he stated that he didn't understand why not because the failed part on my pickup was the same part included on the recall for other pickups. contacted chevrolet on 10/1/99,they said my vehicle was not part of the recall and that they were sorry if their service didn't meet my expectations. they woudn't give any explanation as to why a safety problem was being repaired free of charge on other pickups but not mine. i also requested info as to which vehicles were included in the recall for comparison, and they said they couldn't give me that information |
