| Was Vehicle Towed: - | Description of the Complaints: The front right door lock fails to unlock by remote or key (failed twice) and the left rear door fails to unlock by remote. this suggests to me a faulty solenoid component and it is only a matter of time before the driver's door solenoid will fail. at that point the only way into the car would be to climb in through the right rear door. this obviously raises safety concerns if the operator is unable to safely enter the vehicle if broken down on the highway or in an emergency situation. |
